    He leído en este blog que las palabras que empiezan con "a" y son femeninas, al anteponer el artículo en singular, se utiliza el de genero masculino, pero en caso de "asamblea", no aplica esta regla. ¿Es esto correcto?

    Nuestra respuesta:

    A los sustantivos femeninos que empiezan por a o ha tónicas, se les antepone el artículo el en lugar de la. Ejemplos: el agua, el alma, el haya, etc. En el caso de asamblea, la a inicial no es tónica, la sílaba tónica es -ble-, por lo que se usa el artículo correspondiente la.
